Today was the annual 12 Way Competition against other Camera Clubs from East/West Lothian and Borders, held in the Scottish Mining Museum, Newtongrange
First the good news – we came 10th
The bad news – 2 clubs didn’t enter
The standard was very high with a number of prints and DPIs scoring the maximum 20 points.
For some of the DPIs, the judge had taken time to edit the pictures to show how he would improve them – sometimes the difference was amazing, with only small tweaks.
Disappointingly, images that we thought would do well, were marked low. Oh well back to the drawing board
